PEMBUATAN SELF-SERVICE SYSTEM DI DAPOER CHA CHA RESTO

Abstract


Current societal trends that point to a penchant for enjoying the culinary adventures make entrepreneurs competing restaurants provide the best services to attract customers. In addition to the delights of the cuisine, the service becomes one of the sensitive issues that could affect the level of crowds. Dapoer Cha Cha Resto is one restaurant that still apply the conventional models of service, especially in the ordering menu.The purpose of this research is to create a Self-Service System in Dapoer Cha Cha Resto. The system was created to handle communication issues are often a problem in restaurants that implement conventional models of service. This system allows customers to place an order menu, directly without having to be served by a waitress. The system is designed with drag-and-drop technique so attractive and easy for prospective users.
