Abstract


The development  of computer technology aims to facilitate the work of human. Humans try to think creatively to create a variety of new technologies, including tools for automatically raise a flag. The creat1on of these tools is expected to be used as facilities in schools, campuses and communities during the flag ceremony. The tool is expected to replace the current flag raisers officers flag ceremony, because  of the way the device works is to raise the flag automatically  until it reaches the top of the mast when the song stops. This tool is expected to lead to a more solemn atmosphere during the flag rising because no one feels tense for fear flag has not reached the peak when the song stops. Overall system tool consists of seven segment displays, sensors opocoupler as motor rotation detection, microcontroller  ATMEGA16  as  an  electric  motor  rotation  control  with  pwm system.
